Description: Expressing the sense of the Congress that the substantial changes implemented during 1991 by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to the single family housing mortgage insurance program of the Federal Housing Administration, pursuant to the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act of 1991, including the changes made to the pricing and structure of mortgage insurance premiums, should be reexamined to determine the effects of the changes on the affordability of homeownership, the long-term financial viability of the Mutual Mortgage Insurance Fund, and the composition of the FHA loan portfolio.
