Delegate Glenn Davis is an entrepreneur, small businessman, and represents the 84th District in the Virginia House of Delegates which encompasses most of central Virginia Beach. 

He serves on the vitally important Transportation and Education Committees in the House of Delegates. Glenn understands that the future of job creation relies on better transportation and a 21st century education, and he brings his background as a pro-business and pro-education leader to the General Assembly.

In the mid-90's, Glenn worked in the General Assembly as the legislative aide for the 84th District of the House of Delegates. He then went on to start several small businesses over his career, collecting awards from Inside Business magazine, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and the Virginia Beach Department of Economic Development. Glenn is a graduate of the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program and is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization of Southeast Virginia, where he is a former organization president.

In 2008, Virginia Beach voters elected Glenn to represent them on City Council, where he focused on job creation and government accountability. Four years later, the voters of Virginia Beach rewarded Glenn’s common-sense, conservative leadership, re-electing him in a landslide.

In 2013, when the Delegate representing the 84th District retired, many citizens and community leaders urged Glenn to run for the House of Delegates. He was nominated without opposition and overwhelmingly won election to the House of Delegates.

Delegate Glenn Davis represents the area of Virginia Beach where he grew up, graduating from Green Run High School, where he started his first business out of a one-bedroom apartment, and where he settled down with his wife, Chelle.

Glenn has consistently given back to the city he loves, routinely volunteering throughout the community. He serves as the Chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads, is a member of the Virginia Beach Rotary, and serves on the Board of Directors of Green Run Collegiate.
